I just came across this post / article by coincidence, not really I guess, I don't believe anymore in coincidence. Did you know this word doesn't exist in the Biblical Hebrew.
Anyhow since we have are pastors & a church that firmly resisted the COVID mandates from the beginning in 2020, it immediately caught my eye & published this on our website blogs.

By now, what we already suspected then, but were called conspiracy theorists & granny-killers, there is now overwhelming evidence, that those "cures" have killed more people then the COVID-virus. Also we as a church & pastors never went along with the "Covid Mandates". We left it up to the peoples own judgement, whether they should use masks, hand-sanitisers & get vaccinated. THIRTEEN EXPERTS. ZERO GOVERNMENT EVIDENCE. THE COVID CASE THE MEDIA WON'T TOUCH.
There is a court case running right now in Queensland that the mainstream press has buried. The ABC will not cover it. The Courier Mail will not cover it. Channel 9 will not cover it. The silence is the story, because what is unfolding inside the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal is the most serious legal challenge to the COVID vaccine mandates ever brought in this country, and the people who imposed those mandates are now scrambling to make sure you never find out about it.
A young Brisbane man named Jayden Beale has been litigating at his own expense for nearly four years against the Queensland Government. Thirteen senior scientists, doctors and clinicians have filed expert reports for the public side. King's Counsel Pat Zappia has come on board for reduced fees. The case alleges historic human rights violations, including that the government subjected the Queensland public to medical experimentation and marginalised those who refused.
The expert lineup is not fringe. It is heavyweight. Professor Wendy Hoy, Officer of the Order of Australia. Professor Robert Clancy, Member of the Order of Australia and the father of mucosal immunology in Australia. Professor Angus Dalgleish from the University of London. Dr Phillip Altman, former TGA consultant with over forty years of pharmaceutical regulatory experience. Professor Ian Brighthope. Associate Professor Peter Parry. Dr Paul Costantino at Curtin. Dr Rikki Andersen, Chris Barnett and Dr Conni Turni at the University of Queensland's Institute for Molecular Bioscience. Dr James Rowe. Dr Luke McLindon, formerly of Mater Private. Dr Mel McCann. All have filed expert reports.
That is the testimony the Queensland Government and its officials are working very hard to make sure never reaches a courtroom. The mandates were imposed under Annastacia Palaszczuk's Labor government. They are now being defended in court by David Crisafulli's LNP government. Two parties. One united effort to keep the truth buried. That tells you something about who really runs this state.
What the government has done, and what it cannot do
The Queensland Government was ordered to file evidence in support of its mandates by 27 October 2025. It missed the deadline. It has now forfeited its right to file evidence at all. After almost four years of litigation, with thirteen senior expert reports filed against it, the government has produced not one single expert in defence of the medication it forced on more than five million Queenslanders.
Read that again. Not one expert.
It has, instead, attempted to dismiss the case six separate times. Its most recent attempt argued that members of the public have no right to take the government to court over whether it was lawful to mandate provisionally approved COVID-19 drugs onto the general public. The government's submission asked the court to simply assume that it had acted consistently with human rights, without producing a shred of evidence to support that assumption. Beale's King's Counsel called it the worst application he had ever seen filed by a government entity.
The hearing on that latest dismissal attempt was 30 April 2026. Last Thursday. The judge rejected the government's arguments. The case is now proceeding to trial, and the Queensland Government will be staring down thirteen senior experts with nothing of its own to lead in defence. Not one expert. Not one report. Nothing.
That is not a government defending public health. That is a government caught.
The bombshell hiding in the court documents
Here is the line that should be on every front page in this country.
Court documents in this case appear to show that the Queensland Chief Health Officer at the time did not give the vaccine mandates for any proper public health purpose. The state government has refused to provide any evidence that the COVID vaccines prevented transmission of the virus.
Read that twice. The mandates were sold to Queenslanders on the basis that getting jabbed protected others. Get it for grandma. Get it to keep nurses safe. Get it to stop the spread. That was the entire ethical foundation of stripping people of their jobs, their livelihoods, their access to public spaces and their right to participate in normal human life. If the actual decision-maker did not impose those mandates on the basis that they would prevent transmission, then the entire moral case for coercion was a lie. It was never about protecting others. It was something else.
Let us name the people responsible.
The Chief Health Officer who issued the original 2021 mandates was Dr Jeannette Young. She left the role on 1 November 2021 and was rewarded with the Governorship of Queensland, a position she still holds today. She is the woman who signed the directives that wrecked tens of thousands of Queensland lives, and she now sits in vice-regal office collecting a salary paid for by the very people she coerced.
Annastacia Palaszczuk was Premier when those mandates were rolled out, enforced, and defended in public day after day. She walked away from the role in December 2023 with her reputation intact and her pension untouched. She has never been compelled to answer for the human cost of what her government did.
Dr John Gerrard succeeded Young as CHO in December 2021. He resigned in October 2024, during caretaker mode, conveniently before any of this could land on his desk. He finished up that December and quietly returned to clinical practice.
Three officials. Three exits before accountability arrived. None of them facing a single hard question from the press they used to amplify their decrees.
It is now understood the legal team at Queensland Health is under internal investigation for suspected corrupt conduct or Public Interest disclosure. The case has reportedly sparked an anti-corruption investigation into the government's written legal defence and whether its lawyers lied about the reasons for the mandates. That is the lawyers. The next question is who instructed them.
The state that told a court Christianity is not a religion
There is one more piece of this that every Christian in this country needs to understand. In the course of resisting this case, the Queensland Government has argued that Christianity in itself is not a religion and that a Christian cannot rely on the Bible as the basis for their belief.
That is not a misprint. The state has argued in writing that a believer cannot point to the Word of God as the foundation of their conscience. If that argument were to succeed, every Christian in Queensland would lose the legal ground their faith stands on, because the Scriptures are the foundation. Take the Book away and there is nothing left. The Queensland Government, having mandated injections it cannot now defend, is also openly attacking the Bible in court documents to try to win.
If your church has not spoken about this, ask why. The same Bible the institutional church often quietly retreats from is the Bible the state is now actively trying to disqualify in court.
Why you have not heard about this
Ask yourself a question. If a young Australian was bringing the largest COVID vaccine mandate human rights case in the world, with thirteen senior experts and a King's Counsel, against a state government that has refused to file evidence and is now under suspected corruption investigation, why would not a single major outlet cover it?
Because the same institutions that pushed the mandates own the press that reported them. The case threatens the official story of 2021 and 2022. It threatens the careers of officials who imposed it. It threatens the politicians who enforced it. It threatens the journalists who never asked the obvious questions. So the story is starved of oxygen, in the hope that it dies before the trial can finish.
That is why this needs to spread on every page that is willing to carry it.

People lost their jobs. People lost their livelihoods. People were marginalised from their own communities for refusing a medication that the state itself cannot now produce one expert to defend. Some lost far more than that.
Truth was always going to win. God is not mocked. What was sown in 2021 is being reaped in open court in 2026, and no amount of procedural wriggling, ministerial reshuffling or media silence will stop it from coming out.
Watch this one closely. And when the trial runs, remember the names. Young. Palaszczuk. Gerrard. The press that protected them. The doctors who went along. The institutions that enforced it. They were all warned. They all chose.

Landmark Peer-Reviewed Study Identifies Routine Childhood Vaccination as a Significant Modifiable Risk Factor for Autism Spectrum Disorder
Autism Spectrum Disorder now affects more than one in 31 American children.
This represents a sharp and continuing rise that has created profound concern among families and researchers seeking clear answers.
For years, open discussion about possible environmental and medical triggers has faced heavy restrictions.
A major new review published on May 13, 2026, in the Journal of Independent Medicine now brings forward important evidence that could help reopen honest scientific inquiry.
Titled “Determinants of Autism Spectrum Disorder,” this 50-page analysis draws on more than 300 studies across epidemiology, clinical data, toxicology, neuropathology, and mechanistic research.
The authors include Nicolas Hulscher, MPH, Dr. Andrew Wakefield, Dr. Peter A. McCullough, and colleagues from the McCullough Foundation.
The researchers examined many risk factors together in one comprehensive framework.
They found that of 136 studies looking at childhood vaccines or their ingredients, 107 studies (79 percent) reported evidence consistent with a potential link to autism spectrum disorder or related neurodevelopmental problems.
Twelve independent studies compared fully vaccinated children with those who received no vaccines at all.
These consistently showed better overall health in the unvaccinated groups, including substantially lower rates of autism and other chronic conditions.
The paper places vaccination alongside other known influences such as advanced parental age, premature birth, genetic predispositions, maternal immune activation, environmental toxins, and gut-brain axis disruptions.
These factors may interact through immune dysregulation, mitochondrial dysfunction, and neuroinflammation, raising the risk of injury in vulnerable children.
However, the analysis clearly highlights combination and early-timed routine childhood vaccination as one of the most important modifiable risk factors.
This is due to the clustering of multiple doses during critical windows of brain development and the complete lack of long-term safety studies on the full cumulative pediatric vaccine schedule.
In their conclusion, the authors state:
“Combination and early-timed routine childhood vaccination represents a significant modifiable risk factor for ASD within a broader multifactorial framework… As ASD prevalence continues to rise at an unprecedented pace, clarifying the risks associated with cumulative vaccine dosing and timing remains an urgent public health priority.”
This review does not claim vaccines are the only cause.
It shows they may elevate risk in children who already have other vulnerabilities.
Many earlier studies that reported no link had serious limitations, such as lacking true unvaccinated control groups or using methods that could hide effects in more sensitive children.
At the same time, the steady expansion of the childhood vaccine schedule has closely tracked the documented surge in autism rates across birth cohorts.
This peer-reviewed publication marks a notable step in a long-controversial field.
It strengthens the urgent call for independent, large-scale research to provide clearer answers.
