Christians & political involvement

How did we get here? The moral decline, the politicians spouting more lies the ever before, the unprecedented sexual perversion, the promotion of abortion (re-productive rights?) etc

I believe mostly because largely the church, who is called to be salt & light in this world is asleep.

Busying themselves with building projects, church programs & feel good messages.

Basically history repeating itself, like the church in Germany in the 1930's. To busy with programs, tradition & sticking their heads in the sand: "I don't want to know, I don't want to get involved". The rapture is imminent, but that does not exclude us from being watchman & do everything we can to stop the decay.
