A concerning trend: "No contact"

A growing "no-contact" movement is exploding across social media and therapy sessions, with adult children severing ties with parents at an alarming rate — often over perceived slights, political differences, or vague claims of "toxicity."

This isn't just isolated incidents. Surveys show nearly 4 in 10 Americans have gone no-contact with a loved one, while TikTok's #NoContact hashtag racks up over a billion views and Reddit's estranged adult child forums continue to surge.

Obviously this is a concerning trend. I think one of the main reason is that the older generation has been largely grown uop with Christian values, not that they are neccecarily Christians, but they have been through the "woke" brainwashing & indoctrination process of the younger generation. Also the younger generation will go for their "paraenting advice" to Google & their peers, not to their parents.
